Veta Virtual is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first voice for users in a fast-growing fintech/crypto environment. You will handle inquiries, guide users through account and transaction steps, and troubleshoot basic issues with a customer-first approach.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to work with high volumes, and the willingness to escalate complex problems when needed. This is a 100% remote position, supporting LATAM or Europe regions.

• Fluent verbal and written English communication.

• Comfort with high volumes of calls, chats, and emails.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls, emails, and chats as the first point of contact.
• Guide users through account setup, transactions, and features.
• Troubleshoot basic platform issues and escalate when needed.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Escalate complex cases to engineering or specialists.
