Felix is seeking a skilled software engineer to shape the core technology behind our chat-driven remittance platform. You will design scalable backend microservices and build conversational interfaces on WhatsApp.

Formación

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Build, ship, and iterate on software with real-world impact.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex or similar.
• Passion for building products that help millions.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience building chatbots or conversational interfaces is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate and contribute ideas in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement backend microservices for the chat platform.
• Build, deploy, and iterate on chatbot services and conversational interfaces.
• Design infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests with real-time messaging.
• Develop backend services using Google Cloud and industry standards.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and business units.
• Leverage feedback and analytics to improve conversational experiences.
• Maintain strong communication in English with the team.
