Job summary

SCS Global Services is seeking an experienced accounting professional to deliver specialized Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. The role emphasizes technical accounting judgment, independent investigation, and clear communication with customers from a remote Argentina-based setup.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting/tax expertise, excellent English communication, and the ability to adapt to evolving workflows and proprietary platforms.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with US accounting/tax exposure.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries and customer-facing financial support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to explain complex accounting/tax topics to nontechnical customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced tech environment and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries and notices.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues.
