Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries and notices, payroll questions, and related issues.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Learn and adapt to proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
