Qualifications

• Proven accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex tax/accounting inquiries.
• Experience handling tax notices and customer-facing financial support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review, troubleshoot, and reconcile bookkeeping transactions.
• Explain complex topics to nontechnical customers clearly.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and improve workflows and knowledge resources.
