Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations and payroll.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and with AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax notices, filing status, and tax return questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
