Qualifications

Experience in US accounting and taxation.
Experience with complex tax and accounting inquiries.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets; review discrepancies.
Assist customers with tax-related inquiries, notices, and filing status questions.
Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
Communicate technical findings via Zendesk, email, and scheduled calls.
Independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with specialists.
Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve workflows and knowledge resources.
Learn and adapt to proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
