Job summary

Responsibilities include investigating escalated tickets, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate customer records while adapting to new internal systems and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return reviews, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries, tax notices, and customer-facing financial support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US customer accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax support tickets.
• Review bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.
• Explain complex accounting and tax topics to nontechnical customers.
• Learn and work with proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
