Flowserve seeks an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to provide specialized US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll support remotely from Argentina. The role requires strong accounting judgment, excellent English communication, and the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.

Coverage includes 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET with shifts overlapping US business hours.

Competenze

Experience in US accounting and taxation preferred.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax review, reconciliations and payroll.
Experience handling complex inquiries with customer-facing support.
Proficient written and spoken English.
Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical customers.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Mansioni

Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and transactions.
Assist with tax notices, filing status questions, and tax return questions within scope.
Support payroll questions, setup and processing issues.
Communicate findings via Zendesk, email responses, and scheduled calls.
Investigate root causes and coordinate with internal specialists.
Document resolutions and maintain customer records.
Identify recurring issues and improve workflows and knowledge resources.
Learn proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
