Flowserve, a global manufacturer of pumps and flow control solutions, is seeking an experienced US Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to provide Level 2 support for complex accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries from a remote Argentina location.

The role requires strong accounting judgment, English communication, and the ability to independently investigate issues while collaborating with internal specialists. Familiarity with Zendesk and proprietary AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with US accounting and taxation.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return reviews, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling complex tax inquiries and customer-facing support.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review discrepancies, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.
• Assist customers with tax notices and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup, and processing issues.
• Communicate findings via Zendesk, email, and phone.
• Document resolutions and maintain customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and improve workflows and knowledge resources.
• Learn proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
