Job summary

Flowserve seeks an experienced accounting professional to provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. The role requires strong technical accounting judgment and the ability to independently investigate and resolve issues.

The position is remote in Argentina with overlap of US business hours and ET coverage. CPA/EA credentials are preferred, with potential exposure to Zendesk and proprietary AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Ability to handle complex tax and accounting inquiries and customer-facing financial support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US customer accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax support tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.
• Explain complex accounting and tax topics to non-technical customers.
• Learn and adapt to proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
