Flowserve is seeking an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to handle complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries. The role emphasizes independent problem solving, strong accounting judgment and the ability to learn proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.

This remote role supports US business hours while based in Argentina, with shifts overlapping US hours and a focus on analytics, documentation and customer communication.

Formación

• Professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return review, payroll and financial reporting.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries and customer-facing support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries, notices and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup and processing issues.
• Communicate findings via Zendesk, email-style responses and scheduled phone support.
• Independently investigate issues, identify root causes and coordinate with internal specialists.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve workflows and knowledge resources.
• Learn and work with proprietary platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
