Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US customer accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Explain tax/financial concepts to non-technical customers.
