You will partner with US-based recruiters, manage candidate records in the ATS, and analyze sourcing metrics to improve results, while maintaining a high standard of English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment work.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience recruiting for the US market is highly preferred.
• Advanced English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify candidates for US roles.
• Conduct proactive candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Apply Boolean search techniques and other sourcing methods to find hard‑to‑find talent.
• Review profiles and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with US-based recruiters to align sourcing with hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in the ATS.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and candidate engagement to improve results.
• Stay updated on US talent market trends and availability.
