Job summary

dentsu in Buenos Aires is seeking a talented sourcer to support US recruiting by developing and executing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and proactively identifying candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.

You will partner with US-based recruiters, manage candidate records in the ATS, and analyze sourcing metrics to improve results, while maintaining a high standard of English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment work.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience recruiting for the US market is highly preferred.
• Advanced English communication, written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing tools.

• Review profiles and assess candidates against role requirements, including relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach and follow-up communications.

• Maintain accurate candidate information, sourcing activity, and pipeline status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Stay up to date on talent market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability across the US.

Requirements
