• 2–3 years of financial industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and internet tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end trade flow support across product channels worldwide.
• Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps.
• Drive improvements while reducing risk across trade paths.
• Escalate and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology and front office.
• Train new application users.
• Collaborate to determine release priorities and requirements for enhancements.
• Serve client needs via email, phone or other channels.
• Manage trade lifecycle from inception to closure including booking, reporting and settlement.
