Formación

• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Background relating to securities markets, their products, and asset classes.
• Self-starter, extremely organized with strong commitment to accuracy and detail.
• Willingness to learn in a high-volume, evolving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operational support for trade corrections across equities, mutual funds, and fixed income.
• Provide analytical thinking to understand complex processes, identify risks and propose solutions.
• Ensure written processes and procedures are followed to achieve results.
• Work on projects related to Middle Office, Trade Corrections, and Operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Middle Office, Finance, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Senior Management on trade corrections and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual touch points.
• Process review and optimization.
