J.P. Morgan is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to act as a bridge between the front office, technology, and operations. The role covers investigation of inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, trade reconciliations, and understanding trading platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end trade support, prioritizing requests, training users, and managing lifecycle events from booking through settlement, across global product channels.

Formación

• 2–3 years of financial industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies.
• Highly disciplined, self-starter, and able to execute independently.
• Team player with professionalism and strong written/verbal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the business.
• Flexible in a dynamic environment requiring creativity and strategic thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globally.
• Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts while reducing risk across trade path touch-points.
• Ensure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of inquiries.
• Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office.
• Facilitate training for new application users.
• Work with business, technology, and operations to determine priorities and release schedules.
• Serve client needs via email, phone, or other authorized channels.
• Manage trade lifecycle events from inception to closure including booking, reporting, and settlement.
