• Ability to build and drive business metrics and data quality.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead base business team including contract resources and JJ associates.
• Scope and translate regulatory and customer requirements into actionable steps.
• Collaborate with TL&C team, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and supply chain partners.
• Own dashboards for base business performance and operations.
• Lead projects within timelines and budgets across geographies.
• Improve data quality and enable digital strategies for customers.
• Lead UAT/SIT activities for system deployments and dashboards.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and GS1/TLC-related education.
