• Excel expertise with macros and data modeling.
• Experience with SAP, Cloudera Hadoop, and Azure data factory.
• Strong project management and cross functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead base business team including contract resources and J&J associates.
• Lead scoping activities for regulatory and customer requirements and translate into actionable steps to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with T&LC team members, vendors, J&J Technology, cross functional partners, and business stakeholders.
• Own and maintain dashboards to manage base business performance and operational activities.
• Lead projects within timelines and budgets, coordinating tasks across functions and geographies.
• Partner with leaders to drive data quality and enable digital strategies for customers.
• Define and assess business requirements for system-to-system connectivity and data mapping.
