Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, with cross-functional project experience preferred.
• 3+ years participating in large, cross functional projects.
• Experience with serialization/GS1 is required.
• Experience with Excel macros and data modeling is a plus.
• Experience connecting to and extracting data from APIs.
• Experience with data analytics/tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) is required.
• GxP project experience is preferred.
• Travel up to 20% (Domestic or International).

Responsibilities

• Lead base business team including direct responsibility for contract resource(s) and J&J associates.
• Lead scoping activities for new and updated regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable steps to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with TL&C team members, vendors, J&J Technology, cross functional partners, and business stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, supply chain partners, business franchises, and internal functions to ensure execution of TL&C capabilities.
• Own and maintain dashboards used to manage base business performance and operational activities.
• Lead and execute projects within established timelines and budgets across functions and geographies.
• Partner with business leaders, J&J Technology, Quality, Make and Deliver to improve data quality and enable digital strategies.
• Support customers in staying aligned with requirements during new product introductions and process changes.
• Define and assess business requirements for system-to-system connectivity, data modeling and data mapping.
