Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Traceability and Labeling Controls based in Argentina, with potential placement in New Jersey. You will lead scoping and execution of TL&C programs to meet serialization and GS1 requirements while partnering with Innovative Medicine and MedTech teams to drive data-driven decisions and operational excellence.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree, advanced English, 5+ years in supply chain, and strong analytics experience across ERP/databases.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English is required.
• 5+ years of experience with supply chain preferred.
• 3+ years in large cross-functional projects.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization software.
• Experience connecting to and extracting data from APIs.
• Knowledge of serialization/GS1 standards.
• GxP project experience preferred.
• Excel proficiency including macros; data modeling & scenario analysis.
• Agile framework experience; JIRA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead base business team including contract resources and J&J associates.
• Translate new/regulatory requirements into actionable steps for compliance.
• Collaborate with T&LC team, vendors, and cross-functional partners across IM and MedTech.
• Serve as main contact for customers and supply chain partners.
• Own dashboards to manage base business performance and operations.
• Lead projects within timelines and budgets across geographies.
• Improve data quality and enable digital strategies for customers.
• Define system-to-system connectivity requirements and data mapping.
• Lead UAT/SIT for deployments, including dashboard development.
• Develop and maintain metrics; communicate timelines effectively.
• Contribute to SOPs and training on GS1 and TL&C capabilities.
• Drive compliance during deployment per regional serialization rules.
• Lead senior analysts and drive value-focused opportunities.
