Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Traceability and Labeling Controls in Mendoza, Argentina to lead scoping, planning, and execution for GS1 standards and serialization programs. You will partner with Global teams to translate requirements into actionable steps and ensure operational excellence.

You will oversee dashboards, drive data quality, and manage base business performance across Innovative Medicine and MedTech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English is required.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain.
• 3+ years in large cross-functional projects.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Experience extracting data from APIs.
• Knowledge of GS1/Serialization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects within timelines and budgets.
• Own dashboards to manage base business performance.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT, and business stakeholders globally.
• Define data requirements, data modeling, and data mapping.
• Support regulatory and customer requirements through analytics.
