Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Mendoza is seeking a Lead Analyst for Traceability and Labeling Controls to drive regulatory compliance, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence. The role partners with cross-functional teams across Innovative Medicine and MedTech to deliver scalable data capabilities in serialization.

You will own dashboards, lead UAT/SIT activities, and mentor senior analysts while aligning with global standards and customer requirements. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced English is required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience participating in large, cross functional projects.
• Experience with GS1 standards/Serialization.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization software.
• Proficient in Excel with macro capabilities.
• Experience connecting to and extracting data from APIs.
• Knowledge of GxP projects is preferred.
• Travel up to 20% (Domestic or International).

Responsibilities

• Lead base business team including contract resources and J&J associates.
• Define and scope regulatory/customer requirements into actionable steps.
• Collaborate with TL&C, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and supply chain partners.
• Own and maintain dashboards for base business performance.
• Lead projects within timelines and budgets across geographies.
• Improve data quality and enable digital strategies for customers.
• Support customers during new product introductions and changes.
• Lead UAT/SIT for system deployments and dashboards.
