Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Mendoza site seeks a Lead Analyst, Traceability and Labeling Controls to lead TL&C programs in Argentina with cross-functional collaboration across Innovative Medicine and MedTech. You will translate regulatory and customer requirements into actionable steps, drive dashboards, and ensure compliant deployments while guiding a base business team.

Advanced English is required with 5+ years in supply chain analytics; expertise in GS1, Serialization, APIs, Tableau, Power BI, Excel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Advanced English is required.
5+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain.
3+ years in large cross-functional projects.
Experience with Serialization/GS1 is required.
Experience connecting to and extracting data from APIs.

Responsibilities

Lead base business team with contract resources and J&J associates.
Scope and translate new regulatory requirements into actionable steps.
Collaborate with TL&C team, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
Be the primary contact for customers, supply chain partners, and internal functions to ensure delivery.
Own and maintain dashboards to manage base business performance.
Lead projects within timelines and budgets across geographies.
Improve data quality and enable digital strategies for customers.
Define requirements for system-to-system connectivity and data modeling.
Troubleshoot system operations and guide user communities.
Lead UAT/SIT for deployments including dashboards.
