Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced English is required.
• 5+ years in supply chain/regulated environments preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience with GS1 serialization and traceability standards.
• Experience writing SOPs and good documentation practices.
• Experience connecting to and extracting data from APIs.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) required.
• Knowledge of database systems (SAP, Cloudera Hadoop) and data mapping.
• Ability to lead in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping and planning for regulatory and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver TL&C capabilities.
• Maintain dashboards to manage base business performance and operations.
• Lead senior analysts and coordinate tasks across geographies.
• Define business requirements for system-to-system connectivity and data mapping.
• Support customers during new product introductions and changes.
• Develop SOPs and training materials on GS1 standards and TL&C capabilities.
• Drive compliance during deployment and regulatory milestones.
• Lead UAT/SIT for system deployments and dashboards.
