Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to oversee a portfolio of higher education client accounts from a remote location. You will own technical SEO audits, craft developer-ready specifications, and implement fixes while building Claude-based tools to streamline audits and reporting.

You will collaborate with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO to scale processes, improve visibility, and prepare sites for AI-driven search engines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with focus on technical SEO
• Proven ability to run technical audits and translate findings into developer specs
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Search Console
• Strong written communication and ability to document systems for reuse

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and drive improvements
• Run audits covering crawlability, indexing, site architecture, redirects and Core Web Vitals
• Write dev-ready specs and oversee implementation until verification
• Build and document Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, QA, and reporting
• Monitor SEO health via GSC and GA4 to catch issues early
• Own readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO) and structuring data for LLMs
• Design scalable systems to support the SEO service
