Job summary

Cruciallogics Inc. is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to manage technical SEO across a portfolio of higher-education clients. The role includes audits, specs for developers, and AI-driven workflows to reduce manual work in audits, reporting, QA, and content production.

You'll build Claude-based tools and workflows, support the SEO Lead and Exec Director of SEO, and own AI-readiness for GEO/AEO. This is a fully remote opportunity with impact across multiple sites and accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO, ideally at an agency or across multiple sites at once.
• Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress: themes, plugins, redirects, and schema.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Claude, including building agents and AI-assisted workflows.
• Clear written communication; can write specs and client-facing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts.
• Run technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links.
• Prioritize issues by impact and effort, and defend those calls.
• Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams, then follow through until fixes are released and verified.
• Handle light WordPress implementation: titles, meta descriptions, plugin redirects, and schema via Yoast/Rank Math.
• Monitor Search Console and GA4 to catch drops, errors, and indexing problems before clients do.
• Own technical readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO): crawler access, structured data, entity optimization.
• Build the systems that scale the SEO service.
• Design and build Claude-based tools, agents, and workflows for audits, reporting, and QA.
• Build content production systems that convert briefs and targets into drafts.
• Connect GSC, GA4, crawl exports, and Ahrefs/Semrush into workflows.
• Document systems, train the team, and measure time saved or results improved.
