Job summary

Skydropx Latam is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to guide technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education client accounts. You will diagnose crawl, indexation, and structure issues, write developer-ready specs, and verify fixes.

The role also builds Claude-based tools to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production, enabling the team to focus on editorial excellence. You’ll collaborate with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO, owning technical readiness for AI search and

Qualifications

5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
Proven ability to uncover high-impact issues and fix them
Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/Semrush
Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, redirects, and schema
Advanced experience with Claude for AI-assisted workflows
Clear written communication and developer-facing specs

Responsibilities

Lead technical SEO across client accounts and defend prioritizations
Run audits covering crawlability, indexation, architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects
Write dev-ready specs and follow through until fixes are live
Handle light WordPress tasks: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, schema
Monitor GSC and GA4 to detect drops and indexing problems
Design Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, QA
Build scalable systems for the SEO service and content production
