Job summary

Skydropx Latam seeks a Technical SEO Lead to own technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education partner accounts. You’ll drive audits, specs for developers, and AI-based workflows to reduce manual work and improve rankings.

You’ll collaborate with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO, guiding technical readiness for AI search and building scalable systems for the SEO service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Proven track record of identifying high-impact issues and driving fixes
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/Semrush
• Strong written communication; able to write actionable specs for developers and clients

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts
• Run technical audits (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, broken links)
• Prioritize issues by impact/effort and defend decisions
• Write dev-ready specs and follow through to fixes
• Handle light WordPress implementation (titles, meta, redirects, schema)
• Monitor GSC and GA4 for drops/errors
• Prepare AI-ready readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO)
• Build scalable SEO systems and Claude-based tools/workflows
• Create content production systems from briefs to drafts
• Document systems and train team
• Support team and client success; participate in client calls
• Evaluate emerging search technologies and tools
