Baker Hughes is hiring a Sales Coordinator - Technical sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin, Argentina. You will lead commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle and engage operators to drive growth with strong technical insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors or RSS
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex)
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate value
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS
• Support tender submissions, commercial models and renewals
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and CRM data
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements
