Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or shale basins.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical info to commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, negotiations.
• Build relationships with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tenders, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintain CRM pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE and company standards.
