Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator - Technical sales for Directional Drilling Services in Argentina's Vaca Muerta basin. You will lead the commercial effort, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators to deliver value across DD solutions.

Collaborate with operations and engineering to ensure service quality, while pursuing cross-sell opportunities across DD components in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills; translate technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex, and with drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
