Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales to lead the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin, Argentina. You will manage the complete sales cycle, build relationships with major operators, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and ensure service quality.

The role requires deep technical and commercial acumen, with a focus on data-driven improvements, tender support, and long‑term customer satisfaction across drilling

Formación

• +10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• +Strong understanding of wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• +Experience with operators in shale basins (Vaca Muerta preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex).
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show value.
• Coordinate with operations and product lines to ensure service quality.
