Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will develop commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and drive growth through strong customer engagement and technical expertise.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality, deliver technical presentations, and identify cross-sell opportunities across drilling systems to maximize value for operators in the region.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data, KPIs and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in shale basins and technical sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD and RSS.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
