Baker Hughes is recruiting a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in Argentina. The role focuses on developing the commercial strategy, driving growth, and managing the full sales cycle with operators and contractors in the Vaca Muerta basin.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technically sound, commercially compelling solutions and ensure service quality and long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling or related fields.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or shale basins.
• Strong ability to manage full sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating technical information into commercial value.
• Proven track record in technical sales and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts and CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
