Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services. You will drive the commercial strategy, engage with operators, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across the full sales cycle in the Vaca Muerta basin.

The role requires deep technical sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex drilling tech into commercial value for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in shale basins (Vaca Muerta) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication to translate technical info into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show value.
• Coordinate with operations and product lines to ensure service quality.
