Baker Hughes in Argentina's Vaca Muerta basin seeks a Sales Coordinator - Technical sales to lead Directional Drilling Services strategy, drive growth, and manage the full sales cycle with cross‑functional teams.

You will engage operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol and Capex, deliver technical presentations, and align service quality with Baker Hughes standards while ensuring HSE compliance and CRM fidelity.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling or related tech.
• Experience with MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Track record with operators in Vaca Muerta or shale basins.
• Ability to manage full technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating technical data to commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals.
• Maintain CRM pipelines and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.
