AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality, architecture, and delivery across containerized Python and React applications while guiding senior engineers and aligning with engineering standards.

You will integrate AI-powered features, collaborate with DevOps, and navigate an ambiguous environment to shape scalable, maintainable solutions for Fortune 500 brands and leading startups.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management is a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs, including migrating away from legacy GraphQL endpoints where needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL, including migrations.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications (large payloads, performance-sensitive queries).
• AWS Ecosystem: S3 data lakes, Athena, EKS/Kubernetes; collaborate with DevOps.
• Familiar with DAG-based orchestration like Airflow or similar.
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric environments (Bash, Makefiles).
• AI-assisted development tools usage with judgment to ensure maintainability.
• Ability to defend technical opinions and pursue scalable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity: define problems and constraints before solving.

• Code Governance: Review PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• System Architecture: Design and deploy containerized applications using REST APIs.
• Technical Integration: Embed complex logic, AI features, and backend data into the platform without disrupting workloads.
• AWS Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with DevOps on data stack requirements and requirements clarification.
• Team Leadership: Guide senior developers and uphold engineering practices.
