AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, design containerized Python and React apps, and guide senior engineers while collaborating with DevOps.

You will shape solutions in a fast-moving environment by gathering context, defining problems, and turning loosely defined needs into scalable technical outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production Python experience (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience.
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating away from legacy GraphQL endpoints.
• Docker and PostgreSQL with migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications.
• AWS ecosystem familiarity with S3/Athena/EKS/Kubernetes.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Code governance: review PRs and enforce quality standards.
• Design and deploy containerized apps using REST APIs.
• Embed complex logic and AI features into the platform.
