AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, lead design and deployment of containerized Python and React apps, and integrate AI-powered features into the platform while collaborating with DevOps and senior engineers.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management).
• Comfortable with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL where needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL including migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with large payloads and performance-sensitive queries.
• AWS ecosystem experience with S3 data lakes, Athena, and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Familiar with DAG-based orchestrators like Airflow or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Code Governance: review PRs and enforce quality standards.
• System Architecture: design and deploy containerized apps with REST APIs.
• Technical Integration: embed AI features and data-heavy logic without disrupting existing workflows.
• AWS Ecosystem Engagement: collaborate with DevOps on data pipelines and requirements.
• Team Leadership: guide senior developers and maintain engineering practices.
