atomic HR is a recruiting startup enabling Latin American talent to land remote roles with US and Canada startups and agencies. This entry-level Talent Lead Generation Specialist sits on the internal team, focusing on non-technical outreach and candidate conversion.

You’ll learn on the job with mentorship, an AI-enabled stack, and a flexible, fully remote setup across LATAM. You’ll research roles, craft outreach, post openings, shortlist applicants, and keep a clean pipeline.

• Organization and follow-through to keep pipelines clean.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for conversations.
• Keep the pipeline organized and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volumes with a personal touch.
• Track results and adjust strategies based on data.
