The Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) sits on the internal team, focusing on sourcing and outreach for marketing and creative roles, with no prior recruiting experience required and mentorship provided.

You’ll research roles, write personalized outreach, post jobs, review applicants, and manage a growing pipeline using AI tools to scale while maintaining

Qualifications

• Strong written English and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Curiosity and drive to keep learning as every role is a new puzzle.
• Organization and follow-through to keep pipelines clean and avoid slips.
• Experience in lead generation, marketing, growth, or sales is a plus.
• Comfort with basic metrics and a bias toward testing and optimization.
• Provide a concrete example of using a tool, tactic, or automation to hit a goal.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume with a personal touch.
• Track what's working and adjust your approach based on data.
