You will provide technical leadership, train partners, and monitor service agreements while traveling across Hispanic countries to build relationships and seize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industrial services, post-sales, or technical-commercial roles.
• Advanced English language skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and innovation in the service portfolio with a focus on tank cleaning and related solutions.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market presence in Hispanic countries.
• Design marketing campaigns and incentives to engage distributors and customers.
• Provide technical leadership to distributors, channel managers, and end users.
• Train partners and internal teams on service offerings and value propositions.
• Monitor subscriptions and service agreements to ensure high quality and satisfaction.
• Travel within Hispanic countries to strengthen relationships and support growth initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
