Baker Hughes is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with operators and drilling contractors to deliver value.

You will present technical analyses, coordinate with operations and engineering, and pursue cross-sell opportunities across a range of tools. The role offers flexibility with office co-location and a strong benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPI knowledge.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta or similar.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement.
• Excellent communication to translate technical info into commercial value.

Aufgaben

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Delivering technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to show value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Supporting tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Ensuring compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
