Baker Hughes is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage full sales cycles, and build strategic operator partnerships to maximize service value.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and product teams, delivering technical insights and revenue growth across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS while ensuring HSE compliance and high quality service.

Formación

• Over 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
