Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its regional SAM team, handling licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will manage lifecycle, interpret terms, maintain records, and collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and engineering to support compliance and optimization.

You will operate in a high-volume environment, requiring strong analytical skills and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and IT asset management.
• Experience interpreting licensing models across multiple publishers.
• Ability to manage entitlements, renewals, and audits.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
