Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team, managing licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure accurate licensing, renewals, and optimization, while supporting compliance and cost efficiency.

Proven SAM and software licensing experience, strong analytical skills and fluency in English and Spanish are required for effective collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Understanding of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, and cloud licenses.
• Experience across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize requests with accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across lifecycle with accuracy.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve needs.
