Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team, focusing on LATAM and other regions. The role emphasizes licensing, entitlements, renewals and optimization across a multi-publisher environment.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure compliance, timely service delivery and accurate licensing decisions, while navigating high-volume, fast-paced workloads.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience with licensing.
• Experience with node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Engagement with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accuracy.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records with purchasing/licensing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
• Prioritize high-volume requests and improve SAM processes.
