Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Argentina is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide Level 2 remote support for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices, handling escalations from the Service Desk while meeting SLAs.

You will troubleshoot networks, manage endpoints and identities (Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, Okta/SSO, MFA) and support Microsoft 365 services across regional users, communicating in English and regional languages as required.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT support, with Level 2 experience.
Strong Windows OS, AD/Entra ID and networking basics.
Familiar with ITIL incident and request handling.
Experience with remote support tools and ITSM systems.

Responsibilities

Resolve Level 2 incidents and service requests from the Service Desk within SLA.
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices remotely.
Diagnose network issues: LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP and proxy/firewall.
Manage endpoints/identities: Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, AD, GPO, Okta/SSO, MFA.
Support MS 365 apps and business apps, incl. installs and packaging.
Escalate to Field Services/Network/Engineering with full diagnostics and follow-up.
Document fixes and update knowledge-base including local languages.
